SESSION 1: Twitter, Flickr, and Facebook--Oh My! Everyone talks about social networking as an essential way to reach customers and build brand identity. But first things first: do you have a communications strategy? Who are your customers? What do you wan them to do? Do you have an email list and ways to build it? Are you able and willing to spread your marketing dollars to build social networks? With answers to these questions, you may be ready to integrate social media tools such as Twitter and Facebook as you market your products and brand. We'll review the building blocks of communications strategy and look at the ways social networking can fit into your mix. Get the resources you need to expand your reach and impact. SESSION 2: Websites That Sell: Secrets of Success What's the difference between a me-too website and a Web presence that really produces results for your business? In this session we'll talk about techniques for online promotional strategy, including social media. Underperforming websites are common, and we'll examine some of the frequent causes and solutions.
