RABA Members to Elect Seven Member Board of Directors

On April 28th, RABA members voted to change our governance model from four officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) to a seven member Board of Directors. Once elected, the seven Board of Directors will elect a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The slate of seven Board of Directors proposed is Sherry Daniels, Amy Klinger, Thomas Hark, Larry Bohen, Justin Bull, Dave Thomas and Mary Claire Carroll.

2010 RABA members will have the option of voting online by June 8, 2010 or in person at our Leadership Meeting on June 9, 2010, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, Bridge Street Cafe. An email invitation is being sent 5/17/2010 to 2010 paid members with instructions on how to vote online or to vote in person June 9, 2010.
