The mission of the Vermont Women's Business Center is to provide women with the training, assistance and support necessary to start and expand sucessful businesses, promoting economic independence and healthy communities.
We assist women who are starting or growing their businesses by providing resources, training, and networking opportunities for women state-wide to achieve business success, including:

  • Classes and workshops
  • Networking events

"The Vermont Business Materials Exchange (VBMX) is a free service that seeks to reduce waste by promoting the exchange of reusable commercial materials. Through VBMX, companies with surplus or by-product materials connect with other businesses or individuals who can reuse these materials productively. While businesses save money on disposal fees, they can also reduce their impact on the environment."
